Photography

Unless otherwise stated before event we can use your photos for advertisement.

I give Picnics By Jess LLC permission to take my photo &/or video. I give consent to have my photo(s) &/or video posted on Picnics By Jess LLC social media pages &/or website.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason, changes to reservation can be made up to 48 hours before your event.

running Late

If you're running late, let us know via text. We will wait for your arrival, however this cuts into your own event time.

Weather Conditions

We all love FL weather changes & know how unpredictable they can be. All reservations are weather permitting. If bad weather is expected, we can reschedule your event within 2 months of the original date. 

We may cancel & have you reschedule your picnic based on our future availability if bad weather, such as lightning, thunder, strong winds &/or rain is expected, for everyone’s safety.

Damages

 In the case where any items are damaged &/or missing, you will be responsible to pay for the cost of item(s) plus any additional fees.

Deposits

Upon booking we require a 50% non-refundable security deposit from your total cost.

(We don’t secure booking date until deposit is received.) This is asked as we buy for your event ahead of time.  

Payment s

All Picnic/Photography bookings must be paid in full 24 hours before the event. Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of your picnic with no rescheduling.

​All wedding bookings must be paid in full one month before the event, failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of your event without the option to reschedule.

Terms & Conditions

All guests agree to Terms & Conditions when booking with Picnics By Jess LLC. I agree to properly use all event items. Tableware, will be used for foods only. I understand if I damage any of the items provided by Picnics By Jess LLC, I am responsible for paying the cost of cleaning &/or replacing the item along with any additional fees.

Picnics By Jess LLC does not serve alcoholic beverages & are not held responsible for those who bring those items to the picnic.

Picnics By Jess LLC will not be liable relating to injuries/illness that may occur during the entire duration of event.

I am voluntarily participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own/others neglect. I agree to voluntarily give up/waive any right that I have to bring any legal action against Picnics By Jess LLC for personal injury or property damage. In the event I should require medical care, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware & understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
